Whether the acting coaching session is for an upcoming audition, or to do with developing your acting skills, our private coaching sessions are personalised and tailored to the actors specific needs and acting goals.
Our approach adopts the characterisitics from many established techniques and disciplines and is grounded in voice, movement and text based exercises. Through the application of simple, established acting techniques and exercises you will be able to harness your skills and apply them to your professional practice.
We offer a free 20 minute consultation where you will get the opportunity to know more about our approach. This consultation presents an opportunity to explore your acting goals in detail and to see if our coaching is right for your needs.
Prior to this consultation you will be required to fill out a simple questionaire that focuses on the central topics around your coaching requirements. This questionaire will give us an opportunity to learn more about you, and your acting goals.
If, thereafter you would like to move forward, you will be able to book your coaching sessions via the online booking system and calendar listed obove.

What is the session structure?
Each session normally starts with a simple relaxation that will encourage circulation and flow; this will help release any tension in the body and help facilitate greater concentration and economical integration of the exercises covered in the session. Coaching sessions normally last 1 hour. There is no limit to the number of sessions you can book. You can book according to your own needs and to requirements, subject to availability. It is possible to also book double sessions. All one on one sessions are conducted in our London Studio.
